My career began in media and broadcasting before evolving into facilitation, executive coaching, and voiceover work. I’ve had the privilege of training and coaching more than 10,000 professionals, including startup founders, students, senior leaders at Google, Meta, LinkedIn, IBM, and government officials.
 

Alongside entrepreneurship and freelance consulting, I spent a year with Google’s APAC Sales Enablement team, where I supported onboarding initiatives across APAC and EMEA, refined program content, and boosted participant engagement.
 

In 2012, I founded Voices For Hire, which began as a traditional talent agency and evolved into Singapore’s first subscription-based voiceover platform. This transformation was driven by a mission to democratise access to professional voice talent, making high-quality voiceover services more accessible, efficient, and affordable for organisations of all sizes.
 

As a certified coach, I partner with executives and teams preparing for keynotes, investor pitches, interviews, and media appearances. My coaching is tailored to enhance storytelling, executive presence, and strategic communication skills, empowering clients to deliver with confidence and authenticity.
